Director of Development
Susan Knill has spent the past 17 years in the field of fundraising and development, leading successful events, campaigns, and initiatives in California and Colorado.
She currently serves as the Director of Development for the Denver School of the Arts Friends Foundation, overseeing all aspects of foundation operations and working with a 16-member board. During Ms. Knill’s first year in the position, the DSA Friends Foundation increased annual revenue by 300%, successfully initiated a major gifts program and expanded community outreach with the pilot DSA Summer Program. Ms. Knill holds a BA from Santa Clara University and a California Bilingual Teaching Credential for Elementary Education from San Francisco State University. She enjoys spending time with her husband John and four great children.
